Please feel free to ask any question on our bouncy castles hire service by contacting us: see CONTACT page of this website.
And don't forget to read our terms and conditions in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS page of this website.
When do I pay?
You pay a 15% deposit with your booking via PAYPAL (Credit Card) or Internet Banking and pay the balance when we deliver and set-up the castle or pick-up. Payment is by cash or internet banking.
Is delivery free?
No. There is a delivery fee within the Palmerston North Area. If we are required to deliver we will set up and pick up.
What if I cancel?
If your booking is cancelled for wind or rain there is no cost to you. Otherwise if you cancel less than 4 days before the booked day you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel just when we arrive to set-up you will be charged the full booking fee.
How is the bouncy castle powered?
The blowers which keep the castles inflated are electric and run from a lead to a power-point at your house. The blowers need to be left on the full time the castle is in use. We provide the blowers and leads.
Can your castles fit indoors?
Yes in halls and gymnasiums and similar large spaces. There must be at 5 to 6 metres height clearance depending on the castle hired and there must be no protruding objects which could damage the castle.
Who sets up the castles?
We can or you can. We take about 20 minutes to set the castle up and about 20 minutes to deflate and pack up it up.
Where can the castles be set up?
We usually set up on grass lawns, driveways, concrete surfaces and on any surface which is flat and poses no risk of damage to the castle. Where there are trees it may be necessary to trim branches to make the necessary space for the inflated castle.
What if I have steps to the set-up area?
Depending on how steep the steps and how many, we may need some help to get the castle to the set-up area. Please advise us at the time of booking if there are steps involved.
Can I pick up the castle myself?
Yes. We will give you instructions of how to properly set-up and that you receive the safety briefing. We want to make sure your event gets off to a smooth start.
Do you remain to supervise the castles?
No because the safety briefing we give you will fully prepare you on the care of the castle and the safety measures to protect the children using it. From that point we assume the children will be under the constant care of their parents or responsible adults.
How safe and robust are bouncy castles?
They are designed to be enjoyed by children but there are some common sense rules to follow: They are all covered in our TERMS page.
